How to Whitelist an Email on Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook
Follow the steps below on how to whitelist our email. So it never goes to your spam folder.
Gmail
- Type in your browser www.gmail.com
- Log in with your Gmail account credentials.
- Click on the gear icon on the top right.
- Select settings.
- Click on the filters tab.
- Click on the ‘Create a New Filter’ link.
- Under the ‘from‘ field, enter our email address nic@kingmighty.com.
- Click on ‘Create filter with this search‘ at the bottom of the search window.
- Then select the check box next to: ‘Never send it to Spam‘.
- Click on the ‘Create Filter‘ button.
Now you can see that your whitelist filter has been created.
*If you’re using Gmail tabs, click and drag the email you want to whitelist from the tab it’s in, to the Primary tab.
Yahoo Mobile
- Tap the three stacked lines in the top left.
- Tap Settings and choose Filters.
- Select the email account you want to add filter for (nic@kingmighty.com).
- Tap the + icon .
- Name it and add the exact email address you want to whitelist.
- Tap the ✔ icon in the top right to save the filter.
Yahoo Desktop
- Click the contact in the right-hand menu.
- Click + Add new contact at the bottom of the sidebar.
- Enter the name and email information you want to whitelist (nic@kingmighty.com).
- Click Save.
Outlook Mobile
- Open the email you want to whitelist.
- Tap the three dots in the top right of the screen.
- Tap Move to Focused Inbox.
- In the popup box, tap the radius button for ‘Move this and all future messages’ then tap Move to Folder.
Outlook.com
To whitelist an email in any version after 2000:
- Click the blue ‘Click here to download pictures’ information box.
- Click ‘Add Sender to Safe Senders List’.
