How to Whitelist an Email on Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook

Follow the steps below on how to whitelist our email. So it never goes to your spam folder.

 

Gmail

1. Type in your browser www.gmail.com
2. Log in with your Gmail account credentials.
3. Click on the gear icon on the top right.
4. Select settings.
5. Click on the filters tab.
6. Click on the ‘Create a New Filter’ link.
7. Under the ‘from‘ field, enter our email address nic@kingmighty.com.
8. Click on ‘Create filter with this search‘ at the bottom of the search window.
9. Then select the check box next to: ‘Never send it to Spam‘.
10. Click on the ‘Create Filter‘ button.

Now you can see that your whitelist filter has been created. 

 

*If you’re using Gmail tabs, click and drag the email you want to whitelist from the tab it’s in, to the Primary tab.

 

Yahoo Mobile

1. Tap the three stacked lines in the top left.
2. Tap Settings and choose Filters.
3. Select the email account you want to add filter for (nic@kingmighty.com).
4. Tap the + icon .
5. Name it and add the exact email address you want to whitelist.
6. Tap the ✔ icon in the top right to save the filter.

 

Yahoo Desktop

1. Click the contact in the right-hand menu.
2. Click + Add new contact at the bottom of the sidebar.
3. Enter the name and email information you want to whitelist (nic@kingmighty.com).
4. Click Save. 

 

Outlook Mobile

1. Open the email you want to whitelist.
2. Tap the three dots in the top right of the screen.
3. Tap Move to Focused Inbox.
4. In the popup box, tap the radius button for ‘Move this and all future messages’ then tap Move to Folder. 

 

Outlook.com

To whitelist an email in any version after 2000:

 

1. Click the blue ‘Click here to download pictures’ information box.
2. Click ‘Add Sender to Safe Senders List’.
